Zuppa Toscana Olive Garden Copycat Instant Pot Soup

Instant Pot soups are quick and easy to make and will fill any belly. This was actually my first time using Kale in a recipe I could not believe how good it was. The mix of Italian Sausage with the potatoes and cream is the perfect meal on any cold day.

Servings : 6

  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups chopped Kale
  • 2 cups diced Potatoes I used a bag of frozen diced Hashbrown potatoes
  • 32 oz low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 pound hot Italian sausage
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup milk or cream
