Ingredients

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp red food coloring*
- 2 egg whites
- 1 to 1 1/2 cup club soda or milk of choice
For the "cream cheese" glaze:
- 3 tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk of choice
