- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Chicken
- 3 large chicken breasts about 1 1/2 lbs, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- Canola oil for frying (2" of oil in a skillet)
